What you put into your body is as crucial for your mind as it is for your physical health.
Imagine your mind is like a car’s engine; the engine needs fuel to function, right? If we put the wrong fuel in the engine it becomes slow and unresponsive, but put in the right fuel and the engine works as it should, propelling the car along and taking you on your journey. The same can be said for your mind.
