Give Back Initiative

We strongly believe in promoting emotional and mental wellbeing for all. However although we try to keep our costs as low as possible, the services such as retreats are still a luxury for many. Luckily there are many charities out there that are working their socks off to provide completely free support to many people in need. To help promote and support these charities we have a ‘give back initiative.’ 

2% of each retreat place sold goes to a selected mental health charity each year. Last year our chosen charity was SANE. This year we are supporting a local charity SAFE. 

SAFE New Futures is a small mental health charity based in Southampton that provides support and training to long term unemployed people who live in some of the most deprived areas of Portsmouth, Southampton, Gosport, Eastleigh and the Isle of Wight.
