  • Helpful to get you started in implementing some new habits and practises. Doing this on your own can be hard. These sessions are designed to be shorter but more regular to help share the load. 

✨ Monthly Single Session – £40/month

  • 1 × 50-minute online session per month

  • Perfect for a gentle reset , check in for the month and maintaining consistent self-care.

  • As time goes on, clients begin to use these spaces for what they feel they want - be it a yoga class/ coaching or general check in. Designed to offer the reassurance that once a month you know you have a space that is just for you. 


How It Works

  • Sessions are held online via video call

  • Monthly payment is taken in advance

  • Subscriptions can be paused or canceled with 7 days’ notice

  • Suitable for anyone experiencing caregiver stress, emotional burnout, or overwhelm
